OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Swiftwick x BITR (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Elicit Brands, LLC dba Swiftwick, located at 2964 Foster Creighton Dr, Nashville, TN 37204 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Automatic Entry via Purchase
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals who purchase the Swiftwick x Believe in the Run sock through swiftwick.live will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per qualifying order.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on May 19, 2026 and received no later than May 26, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be void.
5. Prize
Two (2) winners will receive:
- One (1) pair of Mount to Coast H1 (BITR special edition) shoes
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $190
Winner may select shoe size subject to availability.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will occur within approximately 7 business days after the Promotion Period concludes.
Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry or associated with the qualifying purchase order.
If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available here.
11. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@swiftwick.live within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
